The Turkey-tail macrofungus, or Trametes versicolor, is a globally distributed and highly adaptable wood-decaying fungus. It grows on logs, snags, and dying trees in nearly any forest, to thriving, ancient old-growth forests to unhealthy logging plantations. They also display a wide variety of color morphs, which is what this post shows. I will update it with more photos I get of the unique coloration that different Turkey-tail mycelia make.
